Why MLM Sponsoring Is Thought To Be Difficult?

“Do I have to know and recruit a lot of people to be successful in MLM?” is a commonly asked question.

The common reponse from most upline sponsors is something like the following…

“No, you can build up a great residual income and become very successful in Network Marketing by sponsoring just one person every month or two.

They go on to say that the people you sponsor do not have to come from the group of people you already know (commonly called your warn market).  They tell you to think about how many people you bump into in your everyday activities!

But then they turn around and tell you to make a list of everyone you know, even from a casual relationship.  They say to list everyone you can think of for example, people you work with, go to church with, people you do business with, people you went to school with, people you knew before you moved to your present location, etc. and you will be amazed by the number of people that end up on your list.

Will all or even most of these people join you in your Multi Level Marketing business? Probably not, but statistics show that one out of every one hundred names will make your car payment, one will make your house payment and one will retire you!

That’s not so bad really.  Three out of every one hundred is achievable, but you have to make the contacts.  As the saying goes, “the more you tell, the more you sell.”  Additionally, all the people on your contact list know others and although they may not be interested themselves, they might refer your to other people who will be interested.

Have you ever been turned down 97 times?  That is a lot of rejection.  And initially these rejections come from people you know, so the rejection is even more difficult.  Most people will not last that long.

How many people do you know who can go out and face 100 people they know and get rejected by 97 of them and just continue to keep plugging along trying to recruit or sell products to an disinterested market?

If you are lucky enough to recruit someone who is already a seccessful network marketer with required skills, who brings along his established downline with him and becomes a “heavy hitter” in your company, then technically the answer given above is true.  If your company’s compensation plan is supportive, then that single recruit may be able to carry you along.

It is very unlikely that you will be able to recruit a “heavy hitter” who can rapidly go out and build a large downline below you if you are only signing up “one person every month or two.”

This problem is discussed in detail along with 6 other problem areas in the downloadable free report, The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing.

So what can you do if you don’t want to face massive rejection and you are not going to be fortunate enough to recruit a “heavy hitter” early in your MLM career?

If you don’t desire to be a member of the NFL (No Friends Left) club, then I would suggest not pursuing your friends and family, everyone you know, or anyone within 30 feet as many upline sponsors encourage.  No matter what they say, everyone is not your market.  Instead your target market is people who are specifically interested in starting a home-based business, earning extra money, are already members of some Multi Level Marketing company or are interested joining a Multi Level Marketing program.  Now the solution is to get them to come to you and then, using a soft sell approach instead of the traditional hard sell, recruit them into your business.

OK, so just how do I go about achieving that?”, you ask.

You accomplish this by first offering your target market a funded proposal or free report relevant to your market and developing a mailing or contact list from the funded proposal sales process.  You then develop a positive relationship with your list members through frequent contact and by providing them useful information.

If you have correctly identified your market, prospects will soon be contacting you for guidance and asking how they can join your team.  So after you have read The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing free report and then be sure to go on to discover the secrets of effective MLM Recruiting methods made available with the use of Internet Network Marketing.

The SpiderWeb System versus Insanity

Insanity, it is a general, popular and legal term defining behaviour influenced by mental instability. In modern usage, it is most commonly encountered as an informal, unscientific term, or in the narrow legal context of the insanity defense .

Albert Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I like to look at it as banging your head against a wall and expecting to make money for it. Doesn’t usually work too well. There is apparently quite the debate amongst bloggers as to whether this was originally said by Benjamin Franklin, or Einstein, or someone else. Either way, its true.

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is just not very smart any way you slice it.The same thing applies to any business. The businesses that break the mold and do something new succeed. Those that continue with the status quo eventually are shown the Chapter 11 door. Horse carriage makers used to think that the whole automobile fad was just a phase that would pass.

In a more modern example, huge, established airline companies are struggling while new, smaller companies are succeeding by focusing on low fares and customer satisfaction.I know that is true, because when I first started in MLM, I tried a different Company, then another, then another. It wasn’t quite as successful as I had hoped, to put it lightly.

The original businesses of network marketing began almost 100 years ago, with vitamin sales in the US. Since then, its has grown into an enormous and comprehensive industry with companies on all continents. (Yes, all continents. Somewhere, some scientist in Antarctica is pitching Xango or something like that to one of his coworkers. You know it) Obviously, the industry hasn’t always remained the same, and success has favored the new and innovative. You shouldn’t remain the same either.

MLM may have made you a millionaire. If so, stop reading and have a nice life. If not, you may be seeking a new way to break the mold of mediocrity and achieve that success that is captured by the few who possess the business courage and agility to do what it takes to get it. Many people don’t achieve the financial success that originally lured them into network marketing. They say, Hmm, Ive been working really hard to sell product X, and its not working well (like me I’ve been selling amway’s products). Ill just sell product Y in the exact same type of system using the exact same techniques, and hope it works out. Insanity. Inconceivable.

The key is to try a different approach. Thats why I joined The SpiderWeb Marketing System. There is a better way to increase your income than badgering everyone you come in contact with to buy your product or join your system. The Spider Web Marketing System offers a new and innovative approach that has brought success to thousands of clients. It leverages the power of the Internet by maximizing the effectiveness of major search engines to direct new, fresh leads to you in a more efficient manner than any other system can provide. Thats only a portion of what it can do for you. The point is this: The Spider Web Marketing uses a ground-breaking principle called the funded-proposal system to perpetuate itself and bring people to you. You become the sole recipient of leads who are actually looking for an entrepreneurial opportunity. Thats only one unique facet of the many things that The Spider Web Marketing System can do to develop home businesses.

I joined The SpiderWeb Marketing System because I wanted to develop my downlines.Throughout history, whether in war or exploration or business, success comes to those who pioneer a new approach, while those who don’t are left banging their heads against a wall. Insanity. There are so many restrictions to your potential for success in MLM, and The Spider Web Marketing System is a really new strategy to go beyond those restrictions. The Spider Web Marketing System breaks the MLM traditions to bring prosperity to those who are willing to take a little more than just what they can get.

Master Cleanse Vs. Colon Cleanse

I’ve been thinking about doing a cleanse and had been having a hard time deciding which method I want to go with. There are so many choices out there that it can be confusing. Of course, everyone thinks their system is the “One True Way.”

The two most popular ways to cleanse appear to be either following some kind of fast or to use a colon cleanse kit. With fasting the biggies are juice and water only fasting. Juice fasting sounds a lot more interesting than a straight water only fast. And from what I can gather the results are ultimately similar. I imagine water-only is quicker but that must get old fast (no pun intended.)

Going with a colon cleanse at least you get to eat real food, though some suggest some kind of juice fast in conjunction with using their kit. The down side is you have to take multiple concoctions and pills for a few weeks. Not good if you have a tendency to forget such things.

I had narrowed my choices down to either following the master cleanse or to using drfloras ultimate colon cleanse kit. I like the simplicity of the master cleanse but I am not totally convinced to go without food for 10 days. That and 10 days of lemonade sounds tedious. I do have to admit that those that I have spoken to have been very happy with the results.

At this time I decided to buy drfloras colon cleanse kit. It is the only kit I found that was truly complete. I think colon cleansing will be easier by not requiring so much will power. I get to eat and I am pretty good at taking supplements on a regular schedule.

Luckily I’ve got very progressive doctor and she encouraged me to give cleansing a try. So I’ve already got a clean bill of health from my doctor. So now I wait for my kit. I am looking forward to feeling better and attacking life with renewed energy.

The Significance of Search Engines

It is the search engines that finally bring your website to the notice of the prospective customers. When a topic is typed for search, nearly instantly, the search engine will sift through the millions of pages it has indexed about and present you with ones that match your topic. The searched matches are also ranked, so that the most relevant ones come first.

Remember that a prospective customer will probably only look at the first 2-3 listings in the search results. So it does matter where your website appears in the search engine ranking.

Further, they all use one of the top 6-7 search engines and these search engines attract more visitors to websites than anything else. So finally it all depends on which search engines the customers use and how they rank your site.

Search Engine Blogs tell it’s the Keywords that play an important role than any expensive online or offline advertising of your website.

It is found by surveys that a when customers want to find a website for information or to buy a product or service, they find their site in one of the following ways:

- The first option is they find their site through a search engine.

- Secondly they find their site by clicking on a link from another website or page that relates to the topic in which they are interested.

- Occasionally, they find a site by hearing about it from a friend or reading in an article.

Thus it’s obvious the the most popular way to find a site, by search engine, represents more than 90% of online users. In other words, only 10% of the people looking for a website will use methods other than search engines.

All search engines employ a ranking algorithm and one of the main rules in a ranking algorithm is to check the location and frequency of keywords on a web page. Don’t forget that algorithms also give weightage to link population (number of web pages linking to your site). When performed by a qualified, adept search engine optimization advisor, your site for high search engine rankings really does work, unless you have a lot of money and can afford to pay the expert. With better knowledge of search engines and how they work, you can also do it on your own.

Using Referrer Logs

Referrer logging is used to allow web servers and websites to identify where people are visiting them either for promotional or security purposes. You can find out which search engine they used to find your site and whether your customer has come from a linked site. It is basically the URL of the previous webpage from which your link was followed.

By default, most hosting accounts don’t include referrer logs but may be subscribed for an extra monthly fee. If your web host does not provide a graphic report of your log files, you can still view the referrer logs for your website by logging into the host server using free or low-cost FTP software, like FTP Explorer, SmartFTP or FTP Voyager.

The log file is available on your web server which can be download into your computer later. You can use a log analysis tool, like those Webalizer or AWStats to create a graphic report from your log files so that the files are easier to understand.

This information is very crucial to your business and marketing plans and is not advisable to neglect it.

In addition to identifying the search engine or linked site from where your visitor arrived, referrer logs can also tell you what keywords or keyword phrases your client used for searching.

As referrer information can sometimes violate privacy, some browsers allow the user to disable the sending of referrer information. Proxy and Firewall software can also filter out referrer information, to avoid leaking the location of private websites. This can result in other problems, as some servers block parts of their site to browsers that don’t send the right referrer information, in an attempt to prevent deep linking or unauthorized use of bandwidth. Some proxy software gives the top-level address of the target site itself as the referrer, which prevents these problems and still not divulging the user’s last visited site.

Since the referrer can easily be spoofed or faked like photoshop image editing, however, it is of limited use in this regard except on a casual basis.

The Evolution and Present Day Uses of Robes

Robes aren’t simply a garment that you wrap around yourself when you’re fresh out of the shower, or slip on over your pajamas when you get out of bed in the morning. Robes were originally outerwear , the first reference by that name in France in the 13th century. By the 17th century, the term “robes” was used to describe the clothing worn by a judge or other legal professionals.

In the 18th century, wealthy women used a special long garment over their nightgowns when they were out of bed. This was probably the first documented use of robes in regular women’s wear, with similar dressing gowns for men becoming somewhat mainstream until two centuries later.

The Robes of Today

Modern robes for both sexes are an invention of the 20th century, with the garments becoming available in every possible size, color and fabric. Though they’re often referred to as bathrobes, they’re used for many different reasons beyond wrapping up after a bath.

Robes are worn by some judges, clergy, graduates and people observing certain religious holidays or cultural laws. They’re even often worn in motion pictures, like the wildly popular Harry Potter films where all the young and old wizards wear them throughout the film.

Bath Robes are Essentially a “Comfort of Home”

Bathrobes worn at home for comfort aren’t just for post-bath warm ups . They can be worn after a dip in the pool, to cover pajamas or to put on when getting out of bed whether you’re wearing pajamas or not!

Bathrobes are worn for warmth on cold evenings , and for coolness and comfort in warm weather because of their loose-fitting style. They’re worn for a little sex appeal when they’re funky or silky, or for extra warmth when you’re not feeling well. A fuzzy or plush bathrobe, chicken soup and hot tea are the perfect combination when you’re suffering from a cold or flu .

Robes and Sense of Style

A bathrobe can also be the perfect way to express yourself . Maybe you have a secret yearning to wear a tiger print or zebra stripes, but you would never wear such a fabric in a public setting! You can indulge by choosing bathrobe that’s as funky as you want! It’s a very personal garment that no one but yourself has to see, if that’s what you’d like.

You can wear any color or style and enjoy a bit of flair around the house. You can dress as conservatively as you want during the day, but come home and indulge yourself by slipping into a leopard print bathrobe, or one that’s bright purple paisley might choose a thick, absorbent bathrobe just for wearing after a bath or shower or on cold nights. Whereas, a thinner material might be perfect for warm summer evenings. And you might want that bright, funky one to please your wild side. Bath robes can be used in so many different ways, that you won’t want to stop at just one.
