Fight Speeding Tickets

I condemn speeding tickets but I am enthusiastic about driving. While driving in general is not that stimulating, driving in stealth mode is. There seems to be a prominent problem with this; it is called speeding tickets. Nothing demolishes the driving excitement like a friggin’ traffic ticket.

I am assured that I am not the only one who has been presented with one of these “infractions.” They are offensive for the most part. Like… Once I was on a vacation with my boyfriend and I was stopped for traveling 35mph too fast. There were no reduced speed limit warnings coming off the freeway on the Oregon Coast.

If a speedometer on a car reads up to 120mph, why else would the laws insist on a speed limit below par on the highway? They want you to mess up so they can pilfer your cash. I think police love making you feel uneducated by asking you if you know what you did. Doyee! They must believe you are idiotic enough to confess you’re guilty before you have your day in court.

You know what else I think is unfair about speeding tickets? Appealing them; not only does it cut into your personal life, your court date is more then likely to be arranged for you at the most troublesome time like midst working hours. Am I wrong to think they are stealing? It is like defrauding because your’ nominal demerit has just pulled a Houdini turning a $200.00 ticket into a hardship because you lost a day of work. We gotta stick it to the man and fight speeding tickets!

It would seem if you are a girl you have an eminent chance of entertaining a warning instead of the other pink slip, well that is if you are fortunate enough to get pulled over by a male sheriff. This is an honest story. I was perusing down some road in Colorado and I got stopped for ignoring a double yellow, in line with on coming cars, which this particular one ironically for me, turned out to be a cop car, perusing at a cool 90 in a 35mph zone, with a Washington driver’s license, a vehicle registered in California, and auto insurance in Arizona!

Now I presumed that I got off with a slap on the wrist because of my bodacious boobies, but I would have to say for all those offense which were fascinatingly conspicuous, I got lucky because he could not demonstrate that I was speeding. When you take into account he did not have a measuring device; he was unable to pace me and there were no air cops either so really he was without anything for his defense.

After studying this book I came across on fight speeding tickets, looking back now I can say it was positively the lack of satisfactory evidence that got me off Scott Free, not my bikini. I rarely ever get as lucky as previously indicated but now I am self assured I have a practical defense regarding my tickets being cut or thrown out.

This most assuredly outweighs the option recognized as driving school which inevitably degrades you to the degree of a fundamental understanding that the color red means stop. My driving history is not entirely good and my insurance is out of control so let me stop beating around the bush. I have problems observing the speed limit when my car and law conflict. Example, sex and STDs or Speeding Ticket Disasters! Not doing it will definitely work but having protection is sound.

Oh for crying out loud! How is it possible to secure a speeding ticket going 7mph? I know grandmas that can amble faster than that! No doubt not obeying the speed limit is a sure fire means to prevent demerits but if you are easily irritated like me you just cannot for lack of better words bear slowing moving along behind some expired human in a Subaru breathing oxygen out of a tank riding shotgun.
Basically, reducing the infamous speeding ticket is so easy a kid could do it if you know where to look for the data you need to prevail against it.
